Q: “If you were commissioner for a day what would you change or try to improve?”
A: “I’d try to find a way to get to a more balanced schedule while still keeping the rivalries alive. A truer Art Ross scoring champion and best goal against Vezina winners, as well as allowing the stars from the East to be seen in the West at least once a year and vice versa. Crosby, Malkin and Ovechkin aren’t seen in some western cities, as Koipitar in LA is not seen in some Eastern cities”
